Two grants were awarded in the fall 2014 funding cycle, totaling $3,100.
Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry, Inc. received $2,105.00 to fund a new docking system. Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry provides food with kindness and compassion to area-residents seeking assistance. This addition will improve operations on a daily basis and will make their work more efficient and safe.
Shelter for Help in Emergency (SHE) received $995 for medical supplies. SHE is dedicated to serving the victims of domestic violence and many of these victims are in desperate need of medical attention and prescriptions.
